Make Crust

In a bowl, combine almond flour, butter, and monk fruit. Mix until combined.

Line dish with parchment paper. Press crust mixture into the bottom of pan. Refrigerate.

Make Filling

Beat cream cheese, monk fruit, and vanilla. Add sour cream and lime juice until smooth.

Assemble

Pour cheesecake filling over chilled crust. Spread evenly.

Berry Topping

Cook fresh berries in a saucepan until they turn into a light jam. Cool before pouring over filling.

After chilling for 4 hours, remove parchment paper, slice and serve!
