Process Rice

Cook frozen riced cauliflower. Heat olive oil and add garlic. Add the riced cauliflower to a food processor.

Add Cream Cheese

Blend the cauliflower rice until there is room to add the cream cheese, garlic and parmesan cheese.

Add Butter

Add butter, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle green onion on top, if desired. Serve hot.
