Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

Roast Cauliflower

Cut cauliflower, drizzle them with olive oil, season with salt, nutmeg, cumin, and ground pepper. Roast for 30-35 minutes.

Add Onion & Garlic

Add the roasted cauliflower, onion, garlic, butter, and vegetable broth to a saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes until everything is perfectly tender.

Blend Soup

Place the soup into a food processor or blender and blend until very smooth.

Garnish & Serve

Garnish with roasted cauliflower florets, some freshly ground pepper, and paprika. Serve and enjoy!
