Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie
-no sugar no flour recipe-
Beat softened butter with monk fruit sugars and vanilla extract until creamy. Add egg and beat until combined.
Add almond and coconut flour, baking soda and powder, and kosher salt to the bowl. Mix until combined.
Fold in 1 cup, or however many satisfy you, of the chocolate chips.
Prepare to Bake
Scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle tops with extra chocolate chips that you reserved.
Bake for 9-11 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool on pan 5 minutes, cool completely on rack.
