Grilled Chimichurri Shrimp

Ingredients

Blend Sauce

Blend cilantro, parsley, dried oregano, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes in a food processor until smooth.

Marinate Shrimp

Marinate the shrimp in the chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes. Reserve some of the sauce for basting and dipping.

Grill Kebabs

Grill the shrimps for  2 - 3 minutes per side.

Do Not Overcook

Take care not to overcook as shrimps get tough & rubbery.

Baste & Enjoy!

Remove shrimp from the grill and baste with some of the remaining chimichurri sauce, serve remaining as a dip.
