Cook Chicken

Add chicken and cook over medium heat. Cook evenly until golden brown and fully cooked.

 Add pepper and onion. Stir until onion and pepper is tender. Add sliced green onion and chopped garlic.

For the sauce, combine all the ingredients with a whisk. Add chicken back with roasted cashews. Pour sauce over the top.

Cashew Chicken tastes wonderful served on a bed of cauliflower rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and extra chili flakes for more spice!
